Senior Project Manager (Finance Transformation)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a large finance transformation initiative moving SAP into S/4. This role will play a critical part in planning, executing, and delivering key components of a large-scale ERP modernization effort. The Senior Project Manager will build relationships across multiple business workstreams, drive process and change, and bring structure to a complex project with many moving parts. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, finance transformation experience, and the ability to operate effectively in a continuously changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Business, and external system integrators


• Drive governance, status reporting, risk management, and executive communications


• Identify and mitigate project risks/issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution


• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP solution design


• Support change management, user adoption, and go-live readiness activities


• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and decision-making forums


• Monitor project KPIs and ensure adherence to standards and methodologies

Qualifications
Required:

• 8+ years of project management experience, including leading large-scale ERP implementations


• Good understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)


• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional, global teams and vendors


• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills


• Strong risk management, problem-solving, and organizational skills


• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders


• Experience working with Controllership and Finance environments

Preferred (Optional):

• Experience in media, entertainment, or studio nance


• Familiarity with studio business processes (e.g., production accounting, content lifecycle, participations/residuals)


• PMP, Agile, or similar certication


• Exposure to nance transformation and process optimization initiatives


• Strategic thinking with strong execution focus


• Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments


• Strong collaboration and inuencing skills


• High attention to detail with results-oriented mindset


• Adaptability and resilience in transformation settings

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $75 - $85 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
