Business Analyst with QA
Why is this position open: New position. The Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst – Advanced performs both BA and QA functions, gathering requirements from stakeholders, conducting requirements analysis, and completing comprehensive software testing within a collaborative Agile environment.
Interview Process: 2 rounds, 1st round virtual and 2nd round onsite
Duration of the Contract: 12 months
Work Location: Role is hybrid (3 days onsite per week), role could change to fully onsite with little to no notice.
Candidate location: Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.
Additional details: Candidates should expect to be fully onsite for the first 5 days for onboarding and training.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience with business process analysis, requirements documentation, workflow development and stakeholder communication
5+ years of experience with software QA/testing experience, including test design, execution, defect tracking, reporting and test-result documentation
7+ years of experience of software analysis/testing and customized test procedure experience.
2+ years of experience in business process design
5+ years of experience with each of the following tools: TFS, Visual Studio, SQL Server, MS Project, Balsamiq, Microsoft Office and legacy systems
Previous experience working within State, Federal, and/or local government
