Location: New York, NY 10018 (Hybrid Prefer onsite; up to 2 days remote based on weekly event schedule)
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Work Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (Monday Friday) with flexibility on days of events

Role Summary

The Associate Event Planner supports corporate and wholesale brand events by assisting with planning, coordination, and on-site execution. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

• Budget Development, Management, and Reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor s Degree
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of job experience or internships in a related field
• Additional Consideration: Passion for events, desire to learn, and a hands-on / roll-up-your-sleeves attitude may compensate for years of experience
