Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Source-to-Pay Application Functional Lead to manage functional design, production support, and continuous improvement across SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP Ariba, and SAP Fieldglass.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional design, configuration, support, and enhancements across SAP procurement and source-to-pay applications.

  • Manage SAP S/4HANA Cloud procurement processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, service entries, and invoices.

  • Support SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, and contract compliance processes.

  • Manage supplier onboarding, invoice processing, and SAP Fieldglass contingent workforce workflows.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate cross-system integration with SAP Business Network, Finance, HR, and supplier systems.

  • Lead functional testing, regression testing, release impact assessments, and production readiness.

  • Maintain process documentation, approval workflows, master data controls, and support procedures.

  • Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, Security, QA, and SAP implementation partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

  • 8+ years of SAP procurement/source-to-pay implementation, support, and delivery experience.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Procurement and SAP Ariba modules.

  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, contracts, and invoice management.

  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass contingent workforce processes and cross-system integrations.

  • Strong experience in production support, defect resolution, testing, and release management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway, and SAP Business Network.

  • Experience in global enterprise procurement and contingent workforce environments.

  • Relevant SAP certifications in S/4HANA Cloud, Ariba, or Fieldglass.
