Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using modern software development practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects while supporting ongoing maintenance and enhancement activities.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to implement business requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, version control, continuous integration, and deployment activities while following development standards and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
2+ years of experience in .NET application development, software engineering, web application development, SQL programming, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Technical Skills
|
.NET Development, C# Programming, Web API Development, SQL Development, JavaScript, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Version Control, Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD)

|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Software Development, Problem Solving, Debugging & Troubleshooting, Business Requirements Analysis, Team Collaboration, Continuous Improvement
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks and responsive web application development.
- Knowledge of source control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software development methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
