Position : Solution Train Engineer (RTE/RRE)/Release Train Engineer

Location : Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Job Type : W2 Contract

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Solution Train Engineer (STE) / Release Train Engineer (RTE/RRE) with a strong background in Project Management and the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will lead Agile Release Trains, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project delivery, and drive successful program execution using SAFe Agile practices.

Required Skills

Experience as Solution Train Engineer (STE), Release Train Engineer (RTE), or RRE
Strong Project/Program Management experience
Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile
Expertise in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Risk & Dependency Management
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
Telecom domain experience is mandatory
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
