Citadel Security USA is seeking a professional and adaptable Armed Multi-Shift Security Officer to support multiple client sites throughout the Denver metro area. This role is designed for experienced officers who can operate confidently in varied security environments and are available for flexible scheduling based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide armed security coverage at multiple client locations
Maintain a visible and professional security presence
Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols
Control access points and verify authorization
Observe, report, and document suspicious activity or safety concerns
Respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with post orders
Complete detailed daily activity logs and incident reports
Communicate effectively with dispatch, site personnel, and management

Schedule & Requirements

No set schedule due to coverage needs
Assignments may vary by location and security setting

Minimum Qualifications

Must meet all Colorado and local requirements to work as an Armed Security Officer
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Denver Guard Card
Ability to legally carry an approved firearm while on duty
Strong judgment, situational awareness, and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
Must be able to pass background and drug screening in accordance with state and local law
