Job Summary:
- The ideal candidate will work within Front Office Technology, serving as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure the stability, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of counterparty exposure systems.
- The role requires extensive experience with Market Risk, Exposure Management, OTC Derivatives, Exchange-Traded Derivatives (ETD), Securities Financing Transactions (SFTs), SQL, Production Support, and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with Exposure Management, Credit Risk Reporting, Risk Analytics, Front Office, and Technology teams.
- Support Business Analysis & Requirements Management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide Production Support & Incident Management for Risk Technology platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve Risk Platform Operations.
- Drive Process Improvement and Automation initiatives to improve platform reliability.
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL.
- Support Counterparty Exposure calculations and monitoring processes.
- Coordinate with global business and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist with Regulatory Reporting, compliance activities, and audit support.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support SDLC best practices.
- Maintain project documentation using JIRA and Confluence.

- 2+ years of experience supporting Risk Technology, Exposure Management, or Counterparty Credit Risk platforms.
- Experience supporting Front Office Technology environments.
- Strong understanding of Credit Risk Reporting, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
