We are looking for Palantir Ontology Data Engineer for our client in Spring, TX

Job Title: Palantir Ontology Data Engineer

Job Location: Spring, TX

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand existing CCS100 product data models and convert them into Palantir Ontology representations.
Provide recommendations to enhance data model performance, scalability, extensibility, and flexibility.
Design and implement data ingestion and export pipelines between Ontology and external data sources or systems.
Ensure reliability, performance, and integrity of data integrations.
Develop and implement data validation rules and transformation logic using Foundry platform capabilities.
Create interface code and examples to enable seamless integration with Ontology data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data architecture and system integration needs.
Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills And Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong experience in data engineering and building data-intensive applications.
Hands-on expertise with Palantir Foundry, especially Ontology Manager and data modeling.
Proficiency in Python for data processing and transformation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex data architectures.
Experience working in Agile environments with strong collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to manage changing priorities and deliver within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with additional Palantir Foundry tools such as Workshop, Quiver, or similar.
Experience applying data science concepts within data engineering workflows.
Strong understanding of scalable data architecture and integration patterns.
