Experienced Automotive Technician to join our Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram service team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and repair skills, a passion for quality work, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on CDJR vehicles.
- Complete routine maintenance services and safety inspections.
- Conduct 12-point video inspections for transparency and customer trust.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using advanced tools.
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers.
Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician (CDJR experience preferred).
- ASE certifications strongly desired.
- Virginia State Inspection License preferred.
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and repair tools.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
