Procurement Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to support sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities. The role focuses on data analysis, cost optimization, vendor performance, and ensuring efficient procurement processes aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities

• Support sourcing strategies, RFQs/RFPs, and vendor evaluations

• Monitor supplier performance, pricing trends, and contract compliance

• Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and spend analysis

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs

• Assist in contract negotiations and renewals

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations

• Track purchase orders, lead times, and delivery performance

• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analysis

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power BI/Tableau is a plus)

• Experience working with ERP or procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, etc.)

• Solid understanding of procurement processes and supplier management

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience in strategic sourcing or category management

• Knowledge of contract management and negotiation support

• Familiarity with supply chain and inventory concepts

• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent

• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or IT procurement environments
