Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead QA Automation Engineer with 12+ years of expertise in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, and Salesforce application testing. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Salesforce CRM, API Testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. This role involves leading automation initiatives, designing scalable test frameworks, mentoring QA teams, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QA activities for Salesforce and enterprise web applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium WebDriver.
- Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
- Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and quality assurance processes.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar frameworks.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Drive quality engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior and senior QA engineers on automation standards and best practices.
- Participate in release planning, sprint ceremonies, and production deployment validation.
- Ensure traceability between business requirements, test cases, and automation scripts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
- Strong experience testing Salesforce CRM applications.
- Expertise in Playwright Automation Framework.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Strong programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, or similar testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
- Strong SQL skills for backend data validation.
- Experience working with Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure Repos.
- Experience implementing automation within CI/CD environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
- Salesforce Certification and QA Automation Certifications are highly preferred.
