**Role Overview:**
Seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with a proven track record in deploying trade surveillance platforms, ideally within Trading Hub or comparable environments. The candidate will play a key role in mapping, analyzing, and integrating trade data across multiple asset classes into risk and compliance systems.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver trade surveillance solutions tailored to regulatory and internal requirements
- Perform data mapping, validation, and transformation for trading data (orders, executions, trades) within Commodities, Equities, Foreign Exchange (FX), and Fixed Income domains
- Lead end-to-end integration of trade/transaction data into monitoring, alerting, and supervision frameworks
- Analyze business workflows, document requirements, and drive improvements for capital markets clients
- Support user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation enhancements for surveillance and compliance platforms
**Required Experience & Skills:**
- Direct experience implementing or supporting Trading Hub or similar trade surveillance tools
- Expertise in data mapping, analysis, and transformation for front-to-back trading data
- Working knowledge of major asset classes: Commodities, Equities, FX, and Fixed Income instruments
- Prior experience integrating trading/order management systems with compliance, monitoring, or risk solutions
- Capital markets domain knowledge, especially around regulatory needs for trade surveillance
- Strong communication, requirements gathering, and documentation skills
**Nice to Have:**
- Certification in capital markets, compliance, or relevant technical areas
- Background working with major financial institutions or trading platforms
- Familiarity with global regulatory requirements (e.g., MAR, Dodd-Frank, MiFID II)
