Required Qualifications:

Overall, 10+ years of experience required.

8+ Years Required Experience providing complex quality assurance consultation and oversight for projects, assignments, and special initiatives.

3+ Years Required Experience with Agile methodologies, including user story creation, working within Agile teams, participating in Agile ceremonies, and leading refinement and sprint planning sessions.

3+ Years Required Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management and tracking tools.

3+ Years Required Experience performing highly complex (senior-level) business analysis work with limited supervision, exercising considerable initiative and independent judgment.

3+ Years Required Experience coordinating the analysis of program policies and procedures to determine their impact on automated systems and system functional areas.

3+ Years Required Experience coordinating with external vendors and contractors to complete projects and service requests, including defining, assigning, and evaluating their work.

3+ Years Required Experience identifying opportunities to improve business processes through automation and assisting in the preparation of proposals for new systems development.

3+ Years Required Experience analyzing applications, troubleshooting system issues, and implementing effective solutions.

3+ Years Required Experience reviewing complex project deliverables such as project charters, design documentation, test plans, and risk assessment plans, while providing recommendations and feedback to document owners.

3+ Years Required Experience developing training curricula and conducting formal training sessions for assigned system modules, as well as designing and reviewing test cases and process change requests.

4–7 Years Preferred Previous experience working with TDA systems.
