Summary

Job Title: QA E2E Lead
Location: Remote

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced QA End-to-End (E2E) Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to lead quality initiatives across complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will drive the overall quality strategy and ensure seamless testing across UI, API, and integrated backend systems.

The QA Lead will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust automation frameworks, managing regression test cycles, and ensuring release readiness in fast-paced Agile environments. This role requires close collaboration with product owners, developers, and DevOps teams to identify risks early and maintain high product quality.

Candidates with Healthcare domain experience will be prioritized, as those profiles are expected to move quickly through the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end QA strategy across UI, API, and integrated systems
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
Oversee regression testing, test execution, and defect management
Ensure release readiness and quality gates in Agile/Scrum environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage and quality metrics
Mentor QA team members and provide technical guidance

Key Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
Experience leading end-to-end testing for enterprise applications
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
API testing experience and integration testing knowledge
Healthcare domain experience preferred
