Overview:We are seeking a Mobile Device Provisioning Technician to support the deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of mobile devices across the organization. This role focuses on provisioning smartphones and tablets using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools while delivering reliable, customer-focused support to end users. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with at least one MDM platform and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Provision, configure, and deploy mobile devices including iOS and Android smartphones and tablets.
- Enroll devices into MDM platforms such as Intune, JAMF, Workspace ONE (AirWatch), MobileIron, MaaS360, or similar tools.
- Perform device imaging, setup, application installs, security policy enforcement, and profile configuration.
- Troubleshoot device enrollment issues, application access problems, and policy compliance errors.
- Support device refreshes, replacements, upgrades, and decommissions following established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of device inventory, assignments, and deployment status.
- Assist end users with mobile device setup, basic troubleshooting, and usage questions, both in person and remotely.
- Work closely with IT security and desktop support teams to ensure devices meet compliance and security standards.
- Document provisioning procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Qualifications:- 1-3 years of IT support or device provisioning experience.
- Hands-on experience with at least one MDM platform (Intune, JAMF, Workspace ONE/AirWatch, MobileIron, MaaS360, Kandji, or similar).
- Experience supporting iOS and/or Android devices in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with Office 365 mobile apps and basic account configuration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:- Experience with Windows or Mac endpoint support.
- Exposure to Active Directory or Azure AD.
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
