The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in OTM configuration, automation agents, workflows, BIP reports, SQL, performance tuning, and production support within the Logistics domain.

 Design and develop OTM solutions based on business requirements.

 Configure and customize OTM components including Agents, Workflows, Screensets, and Workbench.

 Develop Automation Agents and BIP Reports.

 Troubleshoot and resolve OTM configuration and performance issues.

 Handle production support tickets and system maintenance.

 Perform SQL optimization and OTM performance tuning.
