This role is for a Technical Enterprise Architect specialist with in-depth knowledge of AI. It is technical in nature and will require usage of Artificial Intelligence (AI) architecture and cloud design experience. This role also requires extraordinarily strong experience in data migration and data reconciliation solutioning, integration architecture, as well as public pension/benefits industry experience.
The worker must have solid direct experience in architecture designs for exceptionally large complex pension/benefit modernization solutions. The worker will be responsible for maintaining and utilizing detailed industry and internal services knowledge in leading the technical aspects of the AI data reconciliation process team in the construction of industry‐leading pension/benefits data reconciliation services solutions, including expert working level knowledge of the processes, and architecture. The worker will use their expertise to build an AI based solution and framework that will enable the development and implementation of an automated, repeatable, and auditable AI data reconciliation project. The worker will be in a "trusted expert advisor" role as a Subject Matter Expert for technical architecture services, including but not limited to formal advice on internal and external customer presentations, as well as training of ERS staff. The worker will follow all organizational Standard Operating Procedures related to cost modeling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow and deliverables.
The worker will rely on their experience and judgment to plan, design, manage and accomplish goals; independently perform a variety of complicated tasks; and lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected from the worker.
The worker will be expected to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in technical architecture aspects and AI architecture knowledge of pension/benefit data migration and reconciliation efforts during the interview process.
Functional Responsibilities:
ERS is seeking a seasoned Chief Technology Architect specialist with deep expertise in cloud platforms, integration architecture, and the application of AI in large-scale Public Pension System implementations. The worker is responsible for defining and shaping the overall technology architecture, establishing architectural standards and patterns, and providing governance and oversight across initiatives.
The worker will be responsible for:
• Define and lead the overall technology architecture and target-state design
• Establish architectural standards, patterns, and governance processes
• Provide architecture oversight across multiple initiatives and workstreams
• Guide cloud, integration, and AI architecture decisions
• Ensure alignment across business objectives, implementation teams, and technical design
The worker should have deep experience in pension modernization architecture and cloud platforms; data reconciliation projects; AI data reconciliation frameworks; and have strong experience in Azure.
