Job Summary
DRC Systems is seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Consultant with strong SAP DWM (Device Work Management) expertise to support utilities transformation initiatives. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver SAP Industry Solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements and design SAP IS-U solutions for utilities clients
• Configure and implement SAP Utilities modules including industry-specific functionality
• Support SAP DWM implementation for field service and device lifecycle management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide functional guidance, testing support, and user training
• Assist in system enhancements, production support, and process optimization
• Stay updated with utilities regulatory requirements and SAP product developments
Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP IS-U
• Experience with SAP DWM (Device Work Management)
• SAP functional configuration and implementation experience
• Experience working on utilities domain projects (Electric / Gas / Water)
Nice to Have
• SAP CRM for Utilities experience
• Exposure to billing, customer service, or field service processes in utilities
• Experience in large enterprise or consulting environments
