Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead QA and testing activities for enterprise data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud-based data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end testing strategy, planning, execution, and delivery.
Manage and mentor QA teams across Big Data and ETL testing.
Oversee data validation, source-to-target testing, reconciliation, and data quality.
Drive test automation, BDD/TDD, and continuous testing practices.
Manage defect triage, risk assessment, and release readiness.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, data engineers, and leadership.
Provide testing status reports, quality metrics, and risk updates.
