Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA), Test Management, and enterprise technology delivery. The candidate should have experience managing large-scale testing programs, driving test automation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional QA teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA and testing programs across multiple projects.

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide testing strategies and roadmaps.

• Manage functional, integration, regression, API, end-to-end, and performance testing.

• Drive test automation strategy and implementation across applications.

• Lead and coordinate QA managers, test leads, automation engineers, and offshore/onshore teams.

• Manage program schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with Development, Business, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Monitor testing KPIs, defect trends, test coverage, and quality metrics.

• Oversee SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production readiness.

• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous testing and quality improvement practices.

• Provide regular status reports and executive-level updates to stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in QA Program Management / Test Program Management.

• Manual and Automation Testing.

• Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation tools.

• API testing – REST / SOAP, Postman.

• Performance testing – JMeter / LoadRunner.

• CI/CD and DevOps integration.

• Defect management and test management tools – Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Waterfall.

• Experience managing large QA and automation teams.

Required Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of IT experience.

• Proven experience managing enterprise-level testing programs.

• Strong hands-on background in QA / Test Automation before moving into program management.

• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience with budget planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery governance.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PgMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications.

• Experience in cloud-based application testing.

• Experience with enterprise application modernization and digital transformation.

• Experience in Insurance, Banking, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
