Job Summary

We are seeking a senior MS Dynamics Power Platform Architect with 12–14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM and Power Platform, including Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical expertise, architecture design experience, and client-facing leadership skills.

This role requires ownership of solution architecture, integrations, governance, and delivery across enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead end-to-end architecture design for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-availability technical architectures
• Facilitate detailed solution design, construction, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Design components in a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment

Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Expertise

• Hands-on experience with:
  • Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service – Mandatory)
  • Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages
  • Power Platform CoE setup and Citizen Developer enablement
• Strong exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Builder, AI Foundry, and Agentic capabilities
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Online and On-Premise environments, including legacy versions

Integration & Middleware

• Architect and implement integrations using:
  • REST APIs, OData, Web APIs
  • Middleware tools (preferably MuleSoft)
  • Azure Integration Services (Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps)
• Expertise in third-party integrations, upstream/downstream system connectivity, and integration pattern mapping

Data, Reporting & Analytics

• Lead data migration initiatives including:
  • Data analysis, mapping, harmonization
  • OOB and third-party tools (preferred: Azure Data Factory)
• Strong experience with SSRS and reporting architecture
• Working knowledge of Power BI

DevOps, Security & Cloud

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
• Strong understanding of security models, identity, access management, and cloud connectivity
• Experience managing cloud platform resources in enterprise environments

Leadership & Delivery

• Lead technical workshops with business and technology stakeholders
• Act as technical owner accountable for delivery quality and timelines
• Mentor teams and enforce best practices for scalable, upgrade-safe customizations
• Lead pre-sales technical activities, POCs, and solution accelerators
• Work effectively in Agile/Scrum delivery models

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM and Power Platform
• Strong hands-on development experience with:
  • C#, JavaScript, MS SQL
  • MS CRM SDK, Developer Toolkit
• Proven experience in enterprise integration architecture
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities

Preferred Experience

• Financial Services / Banking domain exposure
• Experience with global, large-scale cloud deployments
• Knowledge of latest Dynamics 365 features:

  • Customer Voice
