Please review the following job description:

  • Professional level role with knowledge and experience as a Scrum Master. Typically Scrum Masters at this level work with two or more mature teams at a time, under broad supervision and little instruction. Delivery focused team leader.
  • Enable Agile teams to realize value by facilitating Agile ceremonies, following Truist Best Practices, removing impediments, coaching on Agile processes and ensuring team rules are being observed.
  • Leverage knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles to ensure that Scrum Team deliverable are met on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate team ceremonies.
  • Ensure Agile tools are up to date.
  • Responsible for ensuring Truist Agile SDLC is appropriately followed.
  • Troubleshoot, solve, or consult on, problems and recommend appropriate action.
  • May take on several components of an initiative or a complex component of an initiative.

Requirements

  • Must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field plus 5 years of progressive experience in IT delivery or project management roles. In the alternative, employer will accept 7 years of experience in IT delivery or project management roles.
  • Must be a Certified Scrum Master.
  • Must have 5 years of experience utilizing/performing the following:
    • Scrum and Kanban methodologies for software development
    • Agile skills and tools and their application, including implementing Scrum/SAFe for software teams, Agile coaching/training, and tools including Rally and Agility Health Radar and their application
    • Working on or with agile teams, leveraging Agile Scrum ceremonies
    • Managing and leading cross functional software development teams to deliver new market demand products through applications websites
    • Utilizing: Rally, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word), MS Project, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
  • Position may be eligible to work remotely but is based out of and reports to Truist offices in Atlanta, GA. Must be available to travel to Atlanta, GA regularly for meetings and reviews with manager and project teams within 24-hours' notice.
