Roles & Responsibilities:

· 7 to 8 years of experience in Developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform

· Experience in configuration/customization of the ServiceNow application and Application UI

· Development experience with the ServiceNow APIs.

· Experience with multiple ServiceNow platform deployments and upgrades.

· Demonstrated experience and familiarity with maintaining required information security controls for the platform.

· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator with ServiceNow implementations across domains (e.g., ITOM, ITBM)

· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
