Must be a senior ServiceNow Enterprise Architect… Someone who has owned the ServiceNow platform and the clients they supported. They need to have full confidence and capabilities in the majority of ServiceNow modules… they will be assisting with the full rollout of ServiceNow across the organization and helping to fully utilize its capabilities. They are the go-to SME for ServiceNow.
