Workforce Management Technical Engineer - Senior – Dearborn, MI (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite) – Fulltime

We are seeking a Senior Workforce Management Technical Engineer to support a large-scale workforce management modernization initiative supporting 55,000+ employees across the US and Canada. This is a hands-on technical role focused on Workforce Management platform configuration, ETL development, enterprise integrations, and timekeeping solutions.

JD:
• 10+ years of IT experience supporting enterprise-scale programs
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and administering Workforce Management (WFM) platforms
• Experience supporting large employee populations (10,000+ employees)
• Experience with WorkForce Software (WFS), UKG/Kronos, Ceridian Dayforce, or SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong SQL skills with experience developing ETL pipelines and advanced reporting
• Experience with APIs, REST/SOAP services, flat files, and XML integrations
• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance system integrations
• Experience translating labor rules and scheduling requirements into technical configurations
• Experience supporting Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules
• Experience with system administration, governance, security roles, and platform stability
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Jira environments
• Knowledge of union work rules, rotating shifts, and manufacturing scheduling environments
• Familiarity with US and Canadian labor regulations within workforce management systems
• Experience with software patch validation, upgrades, and environment support

Preferred Skills:
• Direct experience with WorkForce Software (WFS)
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) or BigQuery
• Automotive or high-volume industrial environment experience preferred
