Lead High-Impact AV Projects from Concept to CompletionOur client is seeking an experienced
Audio Visual (AV) Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial AV integration projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects from kickoff through final handoff while collaborating closely with customers, contractors, field technicians, and internal stakeholders. What You'll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead project kickoff meetings with clients and internal teams
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Manage customer expectations and provide regular project status updates
- Coordinate AV installation projects from planning through closeout
- Conduct site surveys and field verifications to identify requirements, risks, and potential challenges
- Collaborate with technicians, contractors, architects, and other trades to ensure successful project execution
- Oversee project documentation, drawings, design reviews, and field communication
- Coordinate system programming, testing, commissioning, and final system deployment
- Monitor project progress, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage punch lists and ensure completion of all outstanding project items
- Coordinate customer training and project turnover to service and support teams
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies that support organizational growth
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Minimum 2 years of AV project management experience
- Experience managing projects from kickoff through final delivery
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating multiple project teams and vendors
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- Ability to travel locally throughout Ohio as needed
Preferred Qualifications- Experience managing commercial AV integration projects
- Knowledge of video walls, digital displays, conferencing systems, and AV technologies
- Construction, renovation, or technology infrastructure project management experience
- Site readiness assessment and field survey experience
- Contractor and trade coordination experience
- Experience with D-Tools SI
- Familiarity with AV system design, installation, and commissioning processes

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
