Summary
Job Title: IT Technical Recruitment Manager
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Onsite preferred; open to remote for the right candidate)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical IT Recruitment Manager with extensive expertise in the US staffing market. The ideal candidate will be process-driven, capable of leading recruitment teams, and experienced in managing end-to-end IT recruitment operations along with primary responsibility conducting L1 interviews for all submittals from recruitment team on various job openings.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of IT recruitment experience focused on the US market.
- Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to build, improve, and manage recruitment workflows.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of recruiters.
- Hands-on expertise with job portals, ATS tools (JobDiva preferred), Excel, Outlook, and Office 365 suite.
- Thorough knowledge of US immigration and work authorization types (H1B, L1, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience conducting L1 interviews for various IT technical skill sets prior to client submission.
- Experience working with off-site and offshore recruitment teams.
- Willingness and flexibility to support extended hours and weekends based on business priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and compliance with US staffing regulations.
