Summary

Responsibilities

About the team The AI & Systems Integrity team is seeking integrity analysts to architect and enforce the controls that govern our internal content ecosystem. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining the comprehensive security controls framework and serving as the central governance authority for the program. This role requires a blend of operational rigor to manage controls and change protocols, alongside the strategic foresight to govern the program's long-term health and compliance posture. Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and maintain a unified controls framework that maps internal risks to operational checks. You will ensure this framework remains dynamic, updating controls as new risks or system capabilities emerge. - Draft and evaluate systems integrity guidance for the US environment. You will author and be consulted on guidelines and frameworks that govern the content ecosystem. - Own and maintain the master change management protocol, serving as the central authority for how modifications are introduced to the ecosystem. Create the decision-trees and guidelines that engineering and product teams must follow to achieve sign-off, ensuring consistency across all technical implementations. - Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product) to develop and manage immutable audit trails. You will ensure changes to internal systems are tracked, attributable, and retrievable. - Develop testing and assessment capabilities to technically validate that changes follow the protocol across the full ecosystem. You will move the team from "trust" to "verify" by implementing systemic checks.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - 3+ years of experience in Change Management, Technical Program Management, Systems Auditing, or Governance. - Experience designing or managing "Change Control" processes (e.g., CAB meetings, release management). - Ability to write technical documentation and SOPs that translate complex requirements into clear operational rules. - Familiarity with audit logs, system validation, or QA frameworks. Preferred Qualifications - Background in content discovery and distribution (moderation tools, recommendation engines). - Experience adapting global standards for specific regional (US) requirements.
