Sr. Quality Analyst (Payments Domain experience)

Seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Senior Quality Analyst to join a dynamic team in Salt Lake City, UT. This exciting opportunity involves working on-site with prestigious clients and driving innovation in the payment processing domain.

<>Responsibilities

• Design and analyze comprehensive test cases within Azure DevOps Test Plans to ensure functionality and quality.
• Conduct rigorous release testing, functional and regression testing, utilizing effective defect tracking and retesting processes.
• Enhance and validate payment flow processes, including transaction returns and reconciliations, in collaboration with technical and business teams.
• Create and update detailed test cases to support payment processing improvements and enhancements.

<>Skills

• Extensive experience in manual testing with deep expertise in the payment processing domain.
• Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for managing tests efficiently.
• Strong analytical abilities to address complex technical challenges and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills for successful collaboration in both independent and group settings.

<>Preferred Skills

• Prior knowledge of MTS (Wires) and PEP+ (ACH) is beneficial.
• Experience in transitioning reports from Business Objects to PowerBI is advantageous.
• Familiarity with diverse technological environments and adapting to dynamic technical scenarios.
