Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of OT security and IT/OT convergence technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives, operational priorities, and enterprise architecture standards.
Drive architecture governance and process improvements by recommending enhancements to existing IT, OT, and information security processes, ensuring adherence to security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate current technology architectures, processes, and policies against industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulatory frameworks to identify gaps and define future-state roadmaps.
Assess internal cybersecurity capabilities, IT/OT processes, and business strategies, providing actionable recommendations to improve security maturity, scalability, and efficiency.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and management, providing strategic guidance on OT security priorities, architectural decisions, and investment planning.
Identify, assess, and recommend emerging OT security technologies, tools, and trends that deliver measurable business and risk-reduction value.
Partner with OT security vendors and solution providers to evaluate innovative solutions, influence product direction, and ensure alignment with organizational security standards and objectives.
Lead and facilitate OT security workshops, architecture reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enable and educate engineering, operations, and security stakeholders.
Collaborate with global IT, OT, engineering, and security teams to ensure consistent security architecture implementation across manufacturing, facilities, and industrial environments.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, IT/OT architecture, or industrial security, with significant hands-on experience in OT security.
Deep expertise in OT security architecture, including ICS, SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and industrial networks.
Strong understanding of IT/OT convergence, Zero Trust concepts, network segmentation, and defense-in-depth for industrial environments.
Proven experience defining and executing enterprise or domain-level security roadmaps and leading large-scale security transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of OT security standards and frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST, ISO, NERC CIP, where applicable).
Experience collaborating with vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders at senior and executive levels.
Ability to translate technical risk into business impact and communicate effectively with leadership and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in manufacturing, semiconductor, energy, or other industrial domains.
Experience with OT security risk assessments, threat modeling, and architecture reviews.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills for executive briefings, stakeholder workshops, and technical enablement sessions.
