Healthcare Client Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a Healthcare Client Manager to support hospital systems by improving contract utilization, identifying cost savings opportunities, and optimizing supply chain performance. This role will partner with Spend Executives, Category Managers, and healthcare stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives, improve GPO contract adoption, and deliver measurable value.
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare supply chain, procurement, account management, or category management and be comfortable working with data, clients, and cross-functional teams.
This is a hybrid role requiring onsite support 3 days per week. Candidates must be located in Philadephia/Reading, PA Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of healthcare supply chain improvement plans
- Partner with Spend Executives and internal teams to drive contract adoption and maximize GPO value
- Identify savings opportunities through contract optimization, pricing analysis, and procurement improvements
- Analyze spend data and monitor contract performance to uncover opportunities and improve utilization
- Collaborate with Category Managers, Product Advisors, and Analysts to implement supply chain solutions
- Provide training and support to healthcare stakeholders on tools, reporting, and spend management strategies
- Participate in client meetings and business reviews to communicate progress, opportunities, and recommendations
- Monitor healthcare supply chain trends and market insights to support strategic recommendations
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to support contract initiatives and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Healthcare supply chain, procurement, category management, or account management experience preferred
- Experience supporting complex healthcare organizations or hospital systems preferred
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with:
- Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
- PowerPoint
- Experience with procurement systems, analytics tools, or spend management platforms is a plus
- Ability to travel for client meetings and onsite collaboration as needed
