We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to design scalable and secure solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall architecture and roadmap for ServiceNow platform implementations.
- Design end-to-end solutions across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, CMDB, and Discovery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and integration teams.
- Design and oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and middleware.
- Ensure architecture, coding, governance, security, and compliance best practices are followed.
- Lead platform upgrades, performance optimization, scalability, and Proof of Concept (POC) activities.
- Review and approve solution designs, architecture decisions, and code quality.
- Support Agile planning, technical estimation, proposal development, and risk mitigation.
- Mentor team members through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and training initiatives.
- Conduct technical audits and recommend continuous process and delivery improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow architecture/design roles.

- Experience supporting enterprise-scale, multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
