Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong understanding of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and data extensions.
Experience working directly with clients and supporting solution architects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
