Summary
Rate Range: $62/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert Job Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and execute financial data conversion initiatives from legacy and non-SAP platforms into SAP S/4HANA Finance environments.
- Analyze, map, transform, and validate financial data to ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA Finance data structures, business requirements, and reporting needs.
- Develop and implement data migration strategies, methodologies, and conversion plans while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance standards are maintained.
- Utilize SAP Syniti tools to support data extraction, cleansing, transformation, migration, governance, and reconciliation activities.
- Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, business users, technical teams, and project leadership to define data requirements and support successful deployment efforts.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, testing, defect resolution, and migration cutover activities to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
- Provide subject matter expertise across SAP S/4HANA Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
- Troubleshoot and resolve data migration challenges while minimizing disruption to business operations and project timelines.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of six years of experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, ERP transformations, or data conversion initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Syniti tools for data migration, data governance, and master data management.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Controlling (CO)
- Proven expertise in data mapping, transformation, cleansing, reconciliation, and migration from legacy or non-SAP systems.
- Experience developing and executing migration test plans, validation procedures, and data quality controls.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.
- SAP Syniti certification or advanced Syniti implementation experience.
- Experience supporting financial process optimization and enterprise business transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of data governance, regulatory compliance, and financial controls.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, ERP deployment frameworks, and project delivery best practices.
- Experience supporting large enterprise manufacturing, automotive, or global business environments.

Pay Details: $62.00 to $65.00 per hour
