Job Summary:
The OCM Program Director is responsible for leading and managing large-scale organizational change initiatives. This role ensures smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and business transformations by driving stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and change strategies.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management
Experience leading enterprise-level transformation programs
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Operations, etc.)
Knowledge of change management frameworks
