Role Summary
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Autonomous Network transformation programs focused on achieving TM Forum Autonomous Network (AN) Level 3 and Level 4 maturity. The role requires strong telecom domain expertise, program governance, AI-driven network automation knowledge, and stakeholder management skills to drive the transition from traditional network operations to intent-driven, closed-loop autonomous networks. The program manager will coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Network Engineering, OSSBSS, AIML, Cloud, Operations, and Vendor Ecosystems to deliver measurable autonomy outcomes. Based on TM Forum guidance, Level 4 networks emphasize predictive decision-making, AI-driven closed-loop operations, and continuous learning across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Governance
Lead end-to-end Autonomous Network transformation programs across RAN, Core, Transport, Cloud, and Edge domains.
Define program roadmap, milestones, KPIs, budgets, risks, and success criteria.
Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, and executive reporting mechanisms.
Manage program financials, vendor engagements, contracts, and resource planning.
Drive alignment between business objectives, operational goals, and network autonomy initiatives.
Autonomous Network Strategy
Develop and execute the roadmap for TM Forum AN Level 3 and Level 4 adoption.
Drive autonomy assessments, maturity tracking, and transformation planning.
