Description

  • Experience in Workday HCM with strong expertise in Workday Recruiting.

  • Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Recruiting modules.

  • Configure recruitment workflows, job requisitions, candidate management, interview processes, and offer management.

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and system configurations.

  • Configure business processes, notifications, security roles, and recruiting approval workflows.

  • Support integrations with job boards, background check providers, and other recruiting systems.

  • Conduct functional testing, UAT, and troubleshooting of recruiting processes.

  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical teams to optimize recruitment workflows.

  • Provide post-go-live support, user training, and continuous process improvements.
