Oracle DBA :: Phoenix, Arizona :: RAC & GoldenGate Mandatory

Position Overview

We are seeking two highly skilled Oracle DBAs. This is a critical position within a financial services environment, requiring strong hands-on expertise in performance tuning, high availability, and replication technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced SQL tuning and performance optimization

• Monitor and manage databases using OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager)

• Design, implement, and support Oracle RAC environments

• Configure and maintain Oracle GoldenGate for replication and data integration

• Support and optimize databases running on Oracle Exadata

• Troubleshoot complex production issues in high-volume, mission-critical systems

• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and data integrity

• Work closely with application and infrastructure teams in a regulated financial environment

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Oracle DBA experience in enterprise environments

• Strong expertise in:

  • SQL tuning & performance tuning

  • Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)

  • Oracle RAC architecture & administration

  • Oracle GoldenGate

• Experience working in high-transaction financial systems

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in Phoenix, AZ
