Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Product Owner with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments to support a high-profile client within the artificial jewelry and luxury manufacturing industry.
This role will play a critical part during the initial phase of the engagement by ensuring that product vision, operational workflows, and delivery execution are aligned with real-world manufacturing, customer service, and quality management needs.
The ideal candidate will be highly client-facing, capable of engaging directly with operational teams and executive stakeholders, while partnering closely with UX, engineering, and distributed delivery teams to drive successful product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the senior client-facing Product Owner and primary liaison for business stakeholders and operational users.
- Define and own the product vision aligned with manufacturing, customer service, and quality process requirements.
- Build strong relationships with operational and executive stakeholders to ensure business alignment.
Manufacturing & Operational Process Discovery
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and onsite observations to understand operational workflows, business constraints, and value drivers.
- Analyze manufacturing and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and product requirements.
- Translate operational needs into scalable product strategies and delivery plans.
Product Backlog & Delivery Leadership
- Create and manage product backlogs, story maps, priorities, and product roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, and delivery teams across multiple geographic locations.
- Support prioritization, trade-off decisions, and scope management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery execution.
Implementation & Solution Support
- Provide ongoing product guidance, decision-making support, and validation throughout implementation and deployment phases.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and operational effectiveness.
