Role: COUPA Architect

Location: Remote

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Coupa Architect to design, implement, and optimize Coupa solutions integrated with enterprise applications such as Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Coupa platform architecture, end-to-end integration, and procurement process transformation, with the ability to guide technical teams and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall architecture and design of Coupa solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices.
• Design and implement integrations between Coupa, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints.
• Define integration patterns, data flows, and API usage for Coupa–Salesforce connectivity.
• Provide technical guidance for Coupa configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Conduct system impact analysis and recommend optimization strategies.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Coupa integrations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet procurement and sourcing process needs.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and governance models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Coupa Architect or Senior Coupa Consultant with deep understanding of Coupa modules.
• Strong expertise in Coupa Integration (REST APIs, flat files, middleware tools, SFTP, etc.).
• Hands-on experience integrating Coupa with Salesforce.
• Solid knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and spend management business processes.
• Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar) preferred.
• Ability to create solution design documents and architectural diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work across business and IT teams.

Preferred:

• Coupa certifications (Implementation or Integration Specialist).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) integration with Coupa.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and security best practices.

Educational Qualifications:

·         Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.

·         Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.

Travel:

·         Open to travel based-up on the nature of the engagement.
