Role Summary

QA Engineer responsible for manual, API, and automation testing across web applications and APIs, with a strong focus on healthcare and Facets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Conduct API testing using Postman and REST APIs.
• Develop and maintain automation using Selenium and Playwright.
• Identify, track, and verify defects.
• Define and implement test strategies, tools, frameworks, test environments, and test data approaches.
• Assess testing processes, identify gaps and risks, and recommend improvements.
• Support test optimization, automation, and continuous quality improvement.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and test metrics and report results.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and DevOps.
• Support release validation and production deployment testing.
• Document and share testing best practices, standards, and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Software Quality Assurance and Testing experience.
• Experience with manual and automation testing across web applications and APIs.

• Preferred: No prior UST employment within the restricted rehire period, if applicable.
