Job Description:
10 years relevant experience of Okta Integrations: Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Lifecycle Management
Five (5) years of experience in developing Okta Workflows, IGA and a minimum of Two (2) years of experience in Okta Identity Governance Administration (IGA)
Experience with other IAM solutions beyond Okta; Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Deep understanding of identity federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, SCIM and OpenID Connect
Hands-on experience with Okta API integrations and System Administration
Implementation of Okta integrations (SAML, OIDC, etc); Okta Administration and Configuration
Troubleshooting and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for Okta IGA solutions with application owners and end users
Providing technical expertise and guidance on Okta best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2)
Configure advanced policies for SSO, MFA, contextual access, and risk-based authentication
Monitor system health, resolve issues, and optimize Okta performance and reliability
Developing and maintaining documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures
Guide and mentor junior engineers on Okta implementation, IAM best practices, and secure design principles
Qualifications - Okta Certification: Professional, Administrator, Consultant and/or Technical Architect
Highly preferred skills and experiences:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
