Position: IT Deployment/Project Coordinator || W2 only
Duration: Approximately 2,080 hours (12-month engagement)
Location: Yonkers, NY 10704 (Hybrid/Onsite as required)
Client is seeking a Deployment Coordinator to support enterprise IT implementation and deployment initiatives across infrastructure and application environments. This individual will coordinate project activities, manage stakeholder communications, oversee vendor engagements, and help ensure successful production deployments. The ideal candidate has experience supporting IT projects from planning through implementation, working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors in a complex healthcare or enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage IT implementation projects
- Lead cross-functional project activities
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and implementation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications and status reporting
- Coordinate vendor activities and issue resolution
- Support change management and production deployment processes
- Track budgets, project deliverables, and resource allocation
Required Experience:
