Job Description::
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementations or support.
Strong understanding of Adaptive Planning architecture and modeling concepts.
Experience with:
- Workday Adaptive Planning
- Workday Integration tools
- APIs and web services
- ETL/Data integration tools
- SQL and data analysis
- Excel / Office Connect
Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning processes.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday Financials.
Functional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Workday Adaptive Planning certification.
Experience with Workday Financials or HCM integrations.
Experience in Finance, FP&A, or enterprise planning domains.
Knowledge of reporting and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Experience with cloud integration platforms.

Job Responsibilities
Implementation & Enhancement
Support end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementation activities.
Configure and enhance models, sheets, dimensions, versions, and reporting structures.
Assist in solution design aligned with business planning and forecasting requirements.
Participate in system enhancement, optimization, and performance improvement initiatives.
Integration & Data Management
Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and enterprise systems such as ERP, HRMS, CRM, and data warehouses.
Develop and support inbound/outbound data integrations using APIs, ETL tools, and flat file interfaces.
Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop reports, dashboards, office connect packages, and management reporting solutions.
Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario modeling.
Collaborate with finance and business users to create analytical and operational reports.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to integrations, calculations, access, and reporting.
Provide production support and incident resolution.
Monitor integration jobs and troubleshoot failures.
Documentation & Governance
Prepare technical design documents, configuration guides, and support documentation.
Follow security, compliance, and governance standards.
Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
