The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assisting with the assembly, inspection, and production of electrical components while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Duties
- Assemble electrical components and wiring products according to work instructions
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Meet daily production and attendance expectations
Pay
- $18.00 $18.50 per hour
- Overtime opportunities available
Schedules
- Monday Friday
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM 2:00 AM
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Ability to pass a basic math assessment
- Must be able to pass a color identification test (not color blind)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work overtime and maintain good attendance
