Our client, a technology solutions provider, is looking for a skilled Integration Engineer to bolster their engineering team. Remote Contract role offers a dynamic environment focused on building seamless integrations and high-quality data pipelines. Contract with potential to convert to perm.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop API integration processes utilizing scripting languages such as Python to connect systems efficiently.
Build and maintain microservices using various programming languages and streaming platforms to support scalable solutions.
Manage the full lifecycle of features, from initial development to supporting applications in production environments.
Follow best practices including CI/CD, observability, and automated testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
Conduct vulnerability scans and address security issues to maintain system integrity and compliance.

Required:

5+ years of experience with Python or a comparable scripting language
5+ years of experience with SQL, NoSQL
5+ years of experience with ETL/ELT and building high-volume data pipelines.
5+ years of experience with reporting/analytic tools
5+ years of experience with Query optimization, data structures, transformation, metadata, dependency, and workload management
5+ years of experience with Big Data and cloud architecture
5+ years of hands-on experience building modern data pipelines within a major cloud platform (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure)
3-5 years of experience with deployment/scaling of apps on containerized environment
5+ years of experience with real-time and streaming technology
3+ year(s) of soliciting complex requirements and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
3+ year(s) of experience independently managing deliverables.
Experience with ML/AI
