Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Workday Integration Architect to design and deliver robust integration solutions across enterprise systems.

Key Requirements:

Strong experience in Workday integrations (Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors)
Hands-on expertise in Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and data transformation techniques
Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi
Solid understanding of integration patterns (batch, real-time, event-driven)
Experience in data mapping, data migration, and transformation
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
Knowledge of Workday security model and data privacy practices

Nice to Have:

Workday Integration certifications
MuleSoft or other integration platform certifications
AWS or Azure Cloud certifications
TOGAF or similar architecture certifications
