Rippling Administrator

Description

We are looking for a Rippling Administrator to join a Contract engagement. This role is ideal for a hands-on consultant who can step into an active implementation, evaluate the current environment, and bring structure to system setup, employee data, and operational workflows. The person in this position will help prepare the organization for a successful launch by resolving issues, improving processes, and guiding users through adoption.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate the existing Rippling setup, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements to strengthen system performance.

Investigate and resolve problems related to configuration, data mapping, and employee information accuracy.

Review, cleanse, and validate workforce data to support reliable processing and reporting.

Refine HR and people operations workflows by replacing outdated methods with more efficient approaches.

Provide functional support across payroll, time tracking, employee classifications, and stipend administration.

Assist with integrations, system updates, and documentation to improve usability and long-term maintainability.

Deliver training and day-to-day guidance to internal users to encourage confident system adoption.

Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience in HRIS, payroll, or system administration roles.
Proven hands-on experience working with Rippling implementations is required.
Strong knowledge of payroll operations, employee data management, and HR processes.
Experience performing data cleanup, migration support, and system configuration tasks.
Ability to recognize inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and carry changes through to completion.
Comfortable working independently in a consultative, execution-focused environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to train users and explain processes clearly.
Familiarity with tools or concepts such as discovery, EDI, Prophet 21, Prophet, or enterprise resource planning is a plus.
