Role Overview:

• We are seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce to support enterprise scale Agent Desktop and Service Assist AI initiatives.
• This role focuses on building customizing and integrating Salesforce capabilities that enable omnichannel agent experience intelligent routing and productivity enhancements in a regulated enterprise environment.
• The ideal candidate is hands on technically strong across Salesforce configuration and development and experienced in integrating multiple service channels and backend systems.

Must have:

• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.
• Hands on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, LWC Flows and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience configuring Omni Channel and supporting multi-channel service workflows.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations using APIs.
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.

Good to Have:

• Implement and enhance Chat channel integrations good to have including virtual or assisted agent interactions.
• Experience with Service Cloud Voice SCV.
• Exposure to Service Assist AI, conversational AI or agent assist solutions.
• Salesforce certifications Service Cloud Consultant Platform Developer or Agentforce related certifications.
• Experience working in global delivery models.
